  • Upgraded both bathrooms with brass fixtures, including faucets, mirrors, lighting, towel bars, and hardware for a cohesive, high-end look
  • Replaced outdated toilets with water-efficient modern models
  • Installed a sleek, frameless glass shower enclosure with brushed gold hardware and a recessed niche for storage
  • Retiled the tub/shower surround in a modern gray matte finish for a clean, contemporary style
  • Updated all plumbing connections and ensured full code compliance
  • Added LED vanity lighting for bright, flattering illumination
  • Applied fresh paint and trim for a crisp, finished feel
